Holes In The Floor Of Heaven, Kelsea's favorite song
My favorite song is Holes In The Floor Of Heaven. This is my favorite song
because my grandma recently passed away in September & I didn't know
how to deal with it. So when someone referred this song too me I
listened to it & it summed everything up for me.
It is a very beautiful song. It talks about how there are holes in the
floor of Heaven and her tears are pouring down, that's how you know she
is watching wishing she could be here now. & sometimes if you're
lonely just remember she can see cause there are holes in the floor of
Heaven and she is watching over you and me. That part got me through my
grieving a little bit. It is very beautiful Well thanks for listening
~ Kelsea ~
Thinking of Kelsea & everyone who has experienced loss. May everyone be comforted.

Song: Temporary Home
My favorite song it Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood. The reason as to why this is my
favorite song is because it talks about what home really is and how you might not always be
home, but one day you will. Also it shows that home is where your family is and where you
are happy not just a place where you sleep at night or spend time. I love this song and I
think that Carrie Underwood is an amazing singer/artist in general and would recommend any
of her songs, but this is my favorite.

Different Countries Doesn't Mean Different Problems
About March 12 Wise Women Event
Norwood Middle School was very glad to have Patricia Schmidt come to tell us about her life. The thing I was most impressed about was how many times she changed profession, and just courses in general. It seemed like she figured out that when she came to the USA and saw how her and her boyfriend weren't going to work out, she didn't turn back and say, 'Oh well. I guess I need to go back to Germany.' She knew that she needed to build the rest of her life from here. I have great respect for all she's done for Siemens and her workers. I think that it's also cool that she's teaching her kids of their heritage. If I had to say I was inspired by one certain thing Patricia said, it would have to be that no matter what, you just have to keep going. It's a great moral to have in life. Thanks Patricia!

SPARKS FLY
“Sparks Fly” Taylor Swift
This song is very inspirational. It makes me think of the “perfect” relationship that every girl dreams of. Finding the “right one” is VERY VERY hard, I know, but GOD has a plan for everyone. We are just in 7th or 8th grade, but some of us girls like to have boys around to compliment us, or just help us feel loved. Personally, I feel like something is missing when I don’t have a boyfriend, because that’s usually who I’m always talking to from the minute I wake up until the second I lay down. When you're in a relationship with the same person for a while, you never want to leave their side. Your always wanting to be around them and seeing them ‘smile’ is like eating a vanilla cupcake with vanilla icing (my favorite). Whenever you are away from each other you are always talking some how. You would drop anything, anytime, anywhere for them. BUT!!! Don’t ever drop your BEST FRIEND for a BOY!!!

More Healthy Tips
Healthy Tips for the New Year ♥
Be who you really are don't let anyone get you down or change you. The world would be a boring place if we were all the same.
Keep up with your grades, in 20 years it won't matter what jeans you wore, how your hair looked, or if you went out every night. What WILL matter is weather you were failing or passing classes, weather you were trying or doing the least possible to barley get by in school.
Try new things. It's a new year, why not try new things such as:
new sports new friends (not saying to get rid of the old ones)
even new foods and styles are fun to try.
Finally just try to be an all around better person, whether it is helping someone in need or just cleaning up around the house for your parent(s). No matter what you do it WILL make a difference and I can promise you that, big or small it doesn't matter.

Healthy Tips
Some healthy tips that i can share to start the new year off would be:
-ladies lets start this year off fresh, there is no need for arguing or drama. Just take charge and be the bigger person!
-As we come to a new year i think girls should also come to realize that it's time to make new friends as well. (its not gonna hurt you to introduce yourself to someone other than people you know)
-we also need to take pride in our school because one day this may be the future of your kids or maybe even grand kids, farther down the line.
-Another good tip would be to be yourself because if you have to act different just to be someones friend then truth is there not really your friend. Be true to yourself, everyone is different. That's why it makes the world so unique. Just think about it if everyone were the same then our world would just be boring.
-just because its a new year doesn't mean you can fall behind in work.
Ummm, this is all the tips i can think of as to how to start the new year.
P.S.-sorry for any spelling errors!

What "Believing in yourself" means
I think believing in yourself means that you trust yourself in doin anything you set your heart to do. For example- you can have people believe in you that your gonna make the sport that you're trying out for but truth is you're the one who has to believe in yourself that you can do it, you gotta have faith and be confident.
