CONVERSATION WITH CORA MARIE

I am part of the NMS Wise Women group and my name is Cora.  Here is my View:

Okay, all girls change!  We grow and we become who we are meant to be.  If this isn't already hard enough we also have the pressure of cliques, drama, grades, homework, frenemies and the typical boy trouble!  But think before you get too caught up in the "Cool Kids Drama".  Think:

1  Are they my true friends?
2  Have they ever talked to me before?
3  Do they not have something that I do that they want?

If you answer those with hesitation then you know they probably aren't true friends!  --And if you wake up in the morning being the true you and you cover up in this heavy make up to hide your flaws or because you think you might get judged, then that might be a sign of pressure too.

Don't worry about the cliques.  Stay true to who you are.  Stick to your best friends and use your time wisely.  Get your homework done then you won't have to spend all your time trying to get away from the drama and you can be the Real you!
